We use DocuSign and will send you an Order Form and Terms & Conditions – simply confirm your agreement with a digital signature and we’ll do the rest.

During the setup we populate the Venue Hub for you. If you’d like to include specific photos and text on your Venue Hub right away, we’ll add them – just speak to your Spot Venues contact.
If not, we will use images and text from your website and of course, you can upload and change as many times as you like, whenever you wish!
By agreeing to our Terms of Use, you grant us permission to use your text, images, and videos and while we take care to produce quality content, it is your responsibility to check your listing for accuracy. Whitespace Publishers Ltd accepts no liability for errors or omissions.
If you are not happy during the free trial for whatever reason you MUST opt out at least one day BEFORE the end of the free trial. You don’t even need to contact us to opt out - simply visit www.spotvenues.co.uk/end at any time – login and follow the instructions to obtain your ‘END CODE’ (a cancellation code).

1 - We setup your Venue Hub on www.spotvenues.co.uk and up to five additional Spot Websites (that you choose) are populated seamlessly for you.
2 - Then, it’s free and unlimited ‘try before you buy’ advertising for 3 months on those Websites. Update and change your listing as you wish.
3 - Then, once your free trial ends (if you choose not to opt out beforehand) you'll be charged just £2,495 + VAT for 12 months of advertising on Spot Venues (and we’ll continue to include up to five additional Spot Websites at no extra cost) – one fixed affordable annual package price whether you are listed on one site or six.
4 - Unless you choose to opt out, your advertising will automatically renew for a further 12-month period at the end of each term, continuing on a rolling annual basis until you obtain your END CODE.
100% YES. Clients can opt out of their advertising at any time, provided it is at least one day BEFORE the free trial ends and you’ll need to obtain your END CODE to do so. We do ask though that you work on your advertising and give time to build momentum.
Opting out of your Spot Venues advertising will end your advertising on all Spot Websites at the conclusion of the current term.
To avoid misunderstandings, we don’t send reminders. To ensure continuity, we use a system where the contract automatically renews unless you choose to opt-out.

As this is a business-to-business (B2B) agreement, we provide three months free of charge advertising, giving you the opportunity to try before you buy, as an alternative. Simply opt out if you are not happy with the products, for whatever.
You're welcome to reduce your listing from up to six Spot Websites down to just Spot Venues at any time. However, this will not affect the renewal price, which remains fixed for the duration of your agreement. Just get in touch if you have any queries.
After your free trial ends we issue an invoice for each Renewal Period that must be paid in full within 7 days, even if you stop using the Services or obtain an END CODE to terminate the Contract at the end of the Current Term.

By submitting or authorising content, including images, you confirm that we have full rights to use them and with this permission we’ll use the content, copyright-free for promotional purposes across our brands and trading styles, currently and in the future – and there’ll be no extra cost for additional exposure as we grow.

Unfortunately like any marketing we cannot guarantee results. You are responsible for tracking the performance of your listings - please note that enquiries will not always come directly from the Spot Websites, as we adopt a blended approach of directing potential clients straight to your website, driving visitors to affiliate links, and encouraging enquiries via phone and email – enquirers may not necessarily cite one or more of the Spot Websites as the source.
No, the Spot Websites are not affiliated with Booking.com in any official capacity. We operate independently and simply include affiliate links to Booking.com to help users find and book accommodation, assisting our customers that offer it. We’re proud to have a standard affiliate marketing partnership, which means we may earn a small commission if bookings are made through those links.
Simply, if you’re listed on Booking.com, we include a direct affiliate link (if you are happy for us to do this) from your Venue Hub, so your potential customers can easily check your availability in one click. If you’re not listed, it’s not applicable to your business, or don’t wish for this feature to be added, we can just simply link to your own website!
Our affiliate relationships may change at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to add, remove or change affiliate partners as we see fit in the best interest of the Spot Websites, our customers and our users.
We may choose not to include any affiliate links or partnerships at all. Your Spot Venues and Spot Websites listing remains active regardless of our affiliate relationships.
Spot Venues (and the additional Spot Websites) are GDPR compliant, and it is important that you are GDPR compliant too, for more information visit https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/.
Yes, you can. If you choose to opt out during your free trial, your advertising will simply end when the initial 3-month First Term concludes, and no payment will be due.
If you do not opt out during the free trial, your advertising will automatically renew for a 12-month paid term. The Services are then billed for that Renewal Period, and for any subsequent 12-month periods unless you opt out before the next renewal.
Our friendly Customer Services team remain on hand to assist you even when you have obtained an END CODE and have remaining time left in your current term.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain and can quote your END CODE.
During your free trial, our primary goal is to allow you to explore the Spot Websites independently and at your own pace. While we do not proactively reach out during the trial period, we are here to support you if you have any questions or need assistance, and we know you’ll reach out if that is the case. Please do not hesitate to contact our support team as we are more than happy to help you make the most of your trial experience.
