Simply, we're offering two months advertising, free of charge, on six Digital Platforms, with national coverage. There’s no commitment to buy whatsoever, should you decide not to continue advertising before the end of the two months.
Should you choose to continue advertising beyond the two months, you’ll pay a small monthly fee per product for twelve months, and then you’ll unlock LIMITLESS advertising – it’s lifetime advertising on the Digital Platforms with no further payments, ever!
You'll have the opportunity to promote your business across those Digital Platforms to businesses and consumers, potentially increasing your chances of securing more bookings for your venue’s guest facilities and accommodation. Our Digital Platforms aim to drive visitors directly to your website and they can call and email you directly too. With Spot Venues we are proud to have affiliate marketing partnerships and work with leading booking platforms such as Booking.com, with the aim of benefitting our visitors, your venue and our business.
You'll be able to showcase your business to its full potential with advertising on our Digital Platforms, and your advertising will seamlessly synchronise across them, saving you time and meaning you only update in one place.
And what’s more, there are no limits on text, photos, and videos with your advertising. It’s not a ‘lite version’ either during the two months – you get access to all the functionality of the Digital Platforms and receive everything you would in the free trial that you would if you paid for it!

Limitless is unlocked once you have enjoyed the free period and completed the 12-month Renewal Period that automatically follows.
Of course, you can opt out of renewal at any point as described throughout these FAQs and in clause 9 of the terms and conditions. It’s important to note that terms and conditions apply for the Limitless offer, and these are covered in more detail for peace of mind in clause 11 of those terms.
You can showcase your business to its full potential with listings on our six Digital Platforms, including Spot Venues, with no limits on text, photos, videos and more. All we charge is £29 (plus VAT) to set up your Venue Hub, and we hope you agree that’s fair?
During the setup we will curate your listings to give you a jump start for your convenience and speed up the publishing process. We populate the pages for you, using AI and our dedicated team - you can then develop it further by uploading unlimited images and unlimited text - to promote your venue, your way.
If you’d like to include specific photos and text on your Venue Hub right away we’ll add them for you – just speak to your Spot Venues contact. If not, we will use images and text from your website and of course, you can upload and change as many times and whenever you wish, as it is UNLIMITED!

Our Digital Platforms, also referred to as our digital products, have traditionally helped wedding venues grow – but now we’re welcoming all venues with accommodation to the group and harnessing our experience working with venues over the last three decades.
Of course, there’s the Spot Venues listing as demonstrated on the explainer video at www.spotvenues.co.uk/freetrial2025. The video and the demo slides highlight that this exclusive offer will also include advertising for your venue on our Confetti Website, trusted for over 25 years as well as our brand new app Wedx, available on Apple and Android devices.
Your venue would also feature on one of the UK’s leading national wedding planning websites, UK Bride, as well as UK Groom and the sixth Digital Platform is our vow renewal planning site We Still Do. And remember, all these platforms will showcase your venue, and you control it all from one easy-to-use Venue Hub dashboard. We’ll list your venue in the section most relevant to your business.
Your Venue Hub is where you can easily manage all your listings from one convenient location. From here, you can co-ordinate all your listings and refine your advertising how and when you like! Changes made once propagate across all our Digital Platforms, saving you valuable time!

If you are not happy during the free trial for whatever reason you MUST opt out BEFORE the end of the free trial. So, to clarify, upon payment of a small Setup Fee this is a free ‘try before you buy’ promotion for two months, then twelve monthly payments of just £29 +VAT for advertising on each of the six Digital Platforms. And after that, simply, it’s Limitless!

Let’s make this even clearer –
1 – Just £29 Setup Fee
2 – Then, a free and unlimited advertising trial for 2 months on Spot Venues and The Whitespace Group’s five other Digital Platforms
3 – Then, once your free trial ends (if you choose not to opt out beforehand) you'll be charged 12 monthly instalments of just £29 per Digital Platform per month during the Renewal Period – a total of £174 per month.
4 – Then, it is automatically followed by Limitless advertising, free forever!
5 – All prices are plus VAT and the Setup Fee is non-refundable.
6 - By entering into an agreement with us, you authorise Whitespace Publishers Ltd to take recurring payments using your business card, credit card, or any other provided payment method, until you cancel in accordance with our terms.
Unfortunately not, this is an exclusive and hugely discounted bundle deal put together for qualifying venues, to include all six Digital Platforms and these products cannot be divided.
You're welcome to reduce your listing from six products to one at any time. However, this will not affect the agreed advertising price, which remains fixed for the duration of your agreement. Just get in touch if you have any queries.
100% YES. Clients can opt out of their advertising at any time, provided it is at least one day BEFORE the free trial ends and you’ll need to obtain your END CODE to do so (see section 4 of our terms and conditions). We do ask though that you give your advertising listings some time to build momentum.
Opting out of your Spot Venues advertising will end your advertising on all the Digital Platforms, at the conclusion of the current term.
NO. We do not send reminders before the end of your free trial and to avoid any misunderstandings and ensure clarity, we’ve adopted a system where the contract automatically renews unless you choose to opt-out.
If you decide not to continue with your advertising simply obtain an END CODE before the trial ends via www.spotvenues.co.uk/end and following the simple steps. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain and can quote your END CODE.

No, this is a business-to-business (B2B) agreement. We provide two months free of charge advertising, giving you the opportunity to try before you buy, and if you are not happy with the products for whatever reason you can obtain an END CODE at any time. See ‘Can I Cancel at any Time?’ below.
Obtaining an END CODE after the end of the free trial will prevent further renewal of the contract to the Limitless advertising, at the end of the 12-month paid Renewal Period. Our friendly Customer Services team remain on hand to assist you whilst you are advertising with Spot Venues and The Whitespace Group, even when you have obtained an END CODE and have remaining time left in your current term.
Unfortunately like any marketing we cannot guarantee results. Business and consumers visiting your listing on the Digital Platforms will be encouraged to visit your website, call you directly and book directly with you, or via affiliate link if that is applicable to your business. You are responsible for tracking the performance of your listing on the Digital Platforms - please note that enquiries will not always come directly from The Whitespace Group products, as we adopt a blended approach of directing potential clients straight to your website, driving visitors to affiliate links, and encouraging enquiries and the approach varies from product to product.
We’re proud to have an affiliate marketing partnership with Booking.com for Spot Venues. Simply, if you’re listed on Booking.com, we include a direct affiliate link from your Venue Hub, so customers can check your availability in one click. If you don’t, we simply link to your own website!
We generate income via such partnerships like Booking.com, which is one of the reasons we are excited to offer Limitless – the risk is on us, not you.
Our intent in using affiliate marketing partnerships is to assist promotion of the guest facilities offered by your venue including restaurant, accommodation, weddings, and any other services you offer.
No, Spot Venues is not affiliated with Booking.com in any official capacity. We operate independently and simply include affiliate links to Booking.com to help users find and book accommodation. This is part of a standard affiliate marketing arrangement, which means we may earn a small commission if bookings are made through those links.
Our affiliate relationships may change at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to add, remove or change affiliate partners as we see fit in the best interest of the platform and our users.
We may choose not to include any affiliate links or partnerships at all. Our Limitless advertising model means your listing remains active regardless of our affiliate relationships.
By submitting or authorising content, including images, you confirm that you have full rights to use them. Once provided, we are entitled to display and reproduce the images in any format or medium connected with our services.
With this permission granted by you we’ll use the content, copyright-free for promotional purposes across all products within The Whitespace Group, currently and in the future – and there’ll be no extra cost for additional exposure as we grow.
During your free trial, our primary goal is to allow you to explore the Digital Platforms independently and at your own pace. While we do not proactively reach out during the trial period, we are here to support you if you have any questions or need assistance, and we know you’ll reach out if that is the case. Please do not hesitate to contact our support team as we are more than happy to help you make the most of your trial experience. We ask on our Order Form for you to confirm you are the authorised person to sign on behalf of the business or entity, so please ensure you have the appropriate authority to do so before signing to bind. If you have any questions or confusion, please do not sign and clarify with your Spot Venues contact.
All advertising agreements are with Whitespace Publishers Ltd. We operate several trading names and manage several brands, including Spot Venues, but your contract is solely with Whitespace Publishers Ltd.
Of course - you can obtain an END CODE at any time. Visit section 4 of our Terms and Conditions for more information, or alternatively get in touch (in writing) with our friendly customer services team who will be happy to assist you. For clarity:
If you opt out during your free trial your advertising will not renew at the end of that First Term.
If you opt out of your advertising after your free trial has ended you will be charged for a 12-month Renewal Period and your advertising will not renew at the end of that 12-month period and unlock Limitless.
If you don't opt out of your advertising during the 2-month free trial and you don’t opt out of your advertising during the subsequent 12-month paid Renewal Period, your advertising will continue to Limitless with no further charges – ever!

We use DocuSign for our contracts and will ask you to confirm your agreement with a digital signature. Once signed, you’ll receive a link to download a copy of the signed Order Form and Terms and Conditions. If you have any trouble accessing your signed agreement, just get in touch with us, and we’ll help you retrieve it or provide you with a copy.
